What I do:

With years of experience as a recruiter, I equip my clients with insider tools, strategies, and confidence to land roles that make them feel valued and fulfilled. Whether you’re frustrated, unsure of your direction, or ready to step up in your career, I’ll help you uncover the opportunities that feel like the perfect fit.

How I got here:

 I began my career in marketing, only to realize that behind-the-scenes work didn’t inspire me. After a few unfulfilling jobs and a bold decision to quit, I started over with no safety net, tapping into the power of networking to uncover a new path in HR recruiting. That leap opened up a passion for helping others find clarity and purpose in their careers, leading me to create Renae the Career Coach. I now use everything I learned along the way to support others in building careers they love.

Things You May Not Know About Me:

  • I’m a homesteader at heart—we have 21 chickens on our third of an acer backyard, I love making sourdough, and dream of adding a cow to the family one day.

     

  • I love outdoor adventures, especially biking with my family.

     

  • Staying organized is my happy place; you’ll often find me reorganizing a closet or pantry on weekends.

     

  • I’m a mom to four kids, all under six—yes, life is busy, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. 

  • I know firsthand the balancing act of career and family, especially the bittersweet moments of returning to work after maternity leave.
